Once a schedule has been created and saved, SCOOTER maintains it on file until it is deleted. Any existing schedule can be edited and re-printed as required.
To select an existing schedule from the main window:
•Highlight an existing schedule, then click the Edit button on the main window tool bar, or choose Schedule > Edit from the main menu;
•Right click an existing schedule, then select Edit Schedule from the pop-up menu, or;
•Double click the schedule in the list using the left mouse button.
The dates of a schedule (quote, start, and end) can be modified anytime as needed. Schedules can start on any day of the week, and can end on any day of the week.
If the number of schedules displayed in the standard list is very large, you can move to the area where a particular schedule is located by first clicking on the Client column to sort the list by customer, highlight any schedule on the list, and then press a letter key on the keyboard corresponding to the first character of the client's name. This will move the list to the first client matching that letter. If using the split screen window with SCOOTER Pro™, the selection process is simplified by first selecting the desired client in the Client list, then selecting the specific schedule to edit in the Schedule list.
When the schedule has been selected for editing, it will be displayed on the Schedule Information window where any of the items can be modified. The number of schedule weeks can be increased or decreased, the start or end dates changed, omit weeks altered, etc. The individual week schedules can also be modified, including the number of ads, rates, etc.
Once all changes are complete, click Save on the tool bar, or Ctrl + S on the keyboard to save the modified schedule.
