The free version of SCOOTER really is free; you may install and use it on your computer for as long as you desire, with no obligation. For the first 30 days of use, we provide the additional features of SCOOTER Pro™ for you to sample at no charge. After this trial period, the additional features "go to sleep" and the program reverts to its basic feature set.
If you prefer the additional features of SCOOTER Pro™, you can license the program for a modest, one-time purchase. Licensing entitles you to prompt e-mail support as well as lifetime free upgrades to any new versions in the future.
To obtain a license key, click on Help > License SCOOTER Pro on the main menu, or the License Key button 
on the main window tool bar.

Click on the Purchase License Key button to reach our secure web site where you can obtain your license key (requires active internet access). You will receive a unique license key by email that will permanently unlock all the features of SCOOTER Pro™. Enter the license key and click Apply to complete the registration process. Each license applies only to a single computer.
