Each time a new schedule is created, a number choices are available that affect the appearance of the printed/emailed presentation. While these options can be set individually for each schedule, SCOOTER supports the creation of default settings that are automatically applied to each new schedule created.
SCOOTER starts with some assumptions regarding the default settings. You can add to or change these values by choosing Tools > Program Settings from the main menu, or click the Settings button 
on the main window tool bar. This is also where stations and program dayparts and classes are initially created.
Program Settings are divided into five major sections:
Stations: Enter up to eight stations (30 stations in Pro version) and optionally assign graphic logos to them.
Dayparts & Classes: Specify "standard" dayparts your stations use and up to eight different "classes" of ads.
Schedules & Printing: Set various options regarding schedules, date and currency format, printing styles, and related settings.
Comments/Disclaimer: Set the default comments and (for the Pro version) the default disclaimer and disclaimer placement.
Program Options: Additional program functions including appearance and convenience options.
Some settings are only available in the Pro version of the program.
