Tool Bar

The Schedule Detail tool bar provides access to virtually all of the schedule functions. The buttons include:

Save

Save - Saves any changes to the schedule.

Undo

Undo - Reverses the last change made to the schedule information.

Redo

Redo - Reverses the last Undo.

First Week

First Week - Displays the first active week of the schedule.

Previous Week

Previous Week - Moves backward to the previous active week of the schedule.

Current Week

Current Week - Moves to the week of the schedule that includes the current date (if such a week is part of the schedule).

Next Week

Next Week - Moves to the next active week of the schedule.

Copy Weeks

Copy Weeks – Opens a separate window where selected portions of the current week can be duplicated to other weeks in the schedule. If schedule rows are highlighted, allows copying of just those rows to selected weeks.

Adjust Weeks

Adjust Weeks - Opens a separate window to allow inserting or deleting weeks in the schedule.

Global Edit

Global Edit - Opens a separate window to permit editing of portions of selected weeks on a global basis.

Erase

Erase - Erases (removes) selected lines or block selection of the current week of the schedule.

Compare Weeks

Compare Weeks - Opens a separate window displaying any differences in the rest of the weeks of the schedule to the currently displayed week.

PDF

Print PDF - Prints the schedule as a PDF for previewing or printing.

Email

Email - Creates a blank email addressed to your client with the schedule attached as a PDF.

Calendar

Calendar - Prints the current schedule as part of a broadcast calendar with information your client will find useful.

Delete

Delete - Deletes the current week's schedule (will ask for confirmation first).

Help

Help - Opens this help file.

Exit

Exit - Closes the Schedule Information window and returns to the main SCOOTER window.

For convenience, the five navigation buttons can be switched to a "floating" navigation bar that can be positioned anywhere on the computer desktop. Moving the navigation bar closer to the schedule grid might offer advantages in minimizing mouse movements. See the topic Floating Navigation Bar.
